Christa was born into a showbiz family, the niece of McMillan & Wife star Susan Saint James on whose show, Kate & Allie, Christa made her television debut, following a career as a child model. After showing up in hit 90's shows like The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air and Party of Five, Christa played George's girlfriend who draws an ugly doodle of him before acknowledging looks don't matter to her. The episode placed Christa on the radar of showrunners, who Christa's good looks most definitely mattered to, leading to her most famous role: the Buzz Beer-guzzling, hanging-with-the-guys gal Kate on The Drew Carey Show. Christa does her best Susan Sarandon impression when the gang dress up for a Rocky Horror Picture Show (1975) showing, and start doing the time warp. You'll be touching your frank-n-furter picturing Christa dancing in that white bra! After seven years as Kate, Christa voiced Cleopatra on MTV's Clone High, before showering the virus off, but not showing much in the mini-series The Andromeda Strain. Appearing on the show her real life husband, Bill Lawrence, created, Christa played Dr. Cox's ex-wife Jordan on Scrubs. She showed off her "fifty percent real" bikini body, although the more exciting scene came when she dropped to a black bra and demanded Zach Braff take off his pants. Seeing her on Scrubs we won't lie we unzipped our fly, and in or pants was a huge bone till-a busta! Time hadn't warped Christa's body, she still looked great in another bikini scene years later on the appropriately named Cougar Town. While she's been in a few movies, most notably Breaking In (2018) alongside Gabrielle Union, and was the American edition of "Maxim Magazine's" first ever cover model, the small screen is by far where Christa has done her most notable work. While "Milf" seems to have come to mean any attractive woman over 35, Christa really is a mom (and obviously, we really do wanna...). She has three kids, including model/singer Charlotte Lawrence.
