Part pop star, part actress, but 100% sexy, Icelandic enchantress Elín Hall grew up just outside of Reykjavík’s city center and by age fifteen she was already using GarageBand and iMovie to create her own work and would place third in Iceland’s Eurovision qualification competition as a teen.
