Streaked blonde Melinda Dillon was born in Hope, Arkansas, but she eventually made her way to the Windy City. While she was there, Melinda studied at the Goodman School of Drama at the Art Institute of Chicago. She began working as an improv comedian and stage actress, and once she made her way into the film world, Melinda's career took off. Sure, we'll give credit to Melinda's training and talents, but we also have to credit Melinda's many attractive qualities. Her sleepy green eyes are comforting soulful windows, and they know passion is the better part of compassion. Her wistful smile is kind, patient, slightly sly, covertly sexy. Her eyebrows and lashes of blonde corn silk are invitations to cozy bedtime nuzzles and butterfly kisses. Melinda would make a great mom to some lucky dad, which is probably why she's been given the maternal role in such family-based hits as Close Encounters of the Third Kind (1977), A Christmas Story (1983), and Harry and the Hendersons (1987). Of course, one essential for mothers is the mammary rack, and Melinda's is top shelf. In fact, as exquisitely displayed by the evocative lighting of a bedroom scene with Paul Newman in Slap Shot (1977), Dillon's gentle slope of chest and thick, protruding nipples throw a shadow across all the rest of her ass-ets. Melinda continued working well into the new millennium, racking up such credits as Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (2005), Heartland (2007), and Reign Over Me (2007). Sadly, Melinda left us in early 2023 but we're glad for the time we had with Melinda while she was here!
