This highly trained Lithuanian actress has an impressive global pedigree. After graduating from the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts, Tekle Baroti studied at the prestigious Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London and the Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute in New York. She’s also musically inclined - she’s a classical pianist who was a finalist on Lithuania’s version of The Voice. Tekle started appearing in short films in 2017 and got her first taste of Hollywood when she played a servant in the big-budget Disney film Maleficent: Mistress of Evil in 2019. She’s popped up on a few television programs like Damned (2022), Lea (2022), and The Playlist (2022), before landing recurring roles on Married to My Ex’s Dad (2024) and I Am in Love with a Criminal (2024). The same year she appeared on an episode of the miniseries Take My Breath Away (2025), Tekle took our breath away by going topless for the first time in the feature-length film The Activist.
