Toian Matchinga is an American-born Latina actress who’s gone from sinner to wild and then saint in the course of her short career. That career began with some guest spots on the boob tube in The Rat Patrol and The Big Valley, but it wasn’t until she landed on the big screen with Madigan (1968) that the pervy rats of Skin Central got to patrol her big valleys.
