Almost Human (2013-2014)

In the year 2048, robotics have evolved to the point where cyborg cops are assigned to human partners and sent out onto the street to fight crime. That's the premise behind the FOX sci-fi procedural series Almost Human (2013-), and although we here at Mr. Skin think mankind should focus on developing sex robots (we'll take a Salma Hayek, please), we do concede that this is a pretty cool idea. Dredd's Karl Urban stars as a cop with a cyborg leg and a bad case of PTSD, Lili Taylor as his tough-but-fair human boss, and Michael Ealy as his cyborg partner who, thanks to a manufacturing defect, has developed the ability to feel. That capacity for emotion should come in handy with electrifyingly sexy cyborgs like Darla Taylor and Ella Thomas on the scene. Do androids dream of electric meatballs?
