Carmella DeCesare Nude

This fiery Italian and Puerto Rican princess, Carmella DeCesare, was actually a former Playboy Playmate of the Year back in 2004, this was of course after she was a finalist on the short lived series Who Wants to Be a Playmate? back in 2002. So there is no shortage of nudity out there for this little firecracker of a babe as she graced the covers of Playboy on multiple occasions. She comes to us with a Nude-Comer debut on The Girls Next Door, where they basically just show some of her more steamy video work for the franchise. Fun fact, Carmella is a legit bad girl, having been acquitted of assault after roughing up her husband's ex, NFL quarterback Jeff Garcia.
