Cell 211 (2009)

An eager new employee’s attempt to please turns into a nightmare of violence in Cell 211 (2009). Juan Oliver (Alberto Ammann) wants to make a good skinpression at his new prison security job, so he shows up for work a day early, leaving his pregnant wife Elena (Marta Etura) at home. This turns out to be a huge mistake, as a falling rock knocks Juan unconscious during his tour of the facility. While Juan is passed out in an empty cell, a prison riot erupts; all the other guards flee, leaving Juan injured and alone in the heart of the melee. To survive, Juan pretends to be a new prisoner and ingratiates himself with inmate leader Malamadre (Luis Tosar). As the riot unfolds, loyalties will shift, lives will be changed, and some truly heavy stuff will go down in Cell 211.
