Born in London, Imogen King mostly grew up in Manchester. At a young age her parents enrolled her in a kid’s acting class to help her gain some confidence. At the ripe old age of five, she made her acting debut in a play. It was during her time at college that she landed her first paying acting gig in a play called The Height. About a year later, she landed a recurring part on the TV Series Doctors then shortly after that made her movie debut in The Messenger (2015).
