Let’s all give a round of applause to Australia for sharing Jad Capelja with the rest of the world. Heaven knows her sexy screen presence had Mr. Skin giving himself a hand. Perhaps it was her shapely Czechoslovakian genes that made us tight in our jeans. Blessed with a youthful glow and a fit figure, it seemed as though the gorgeous girl was destined for a career in front of the camera. Per her movie debut, the blonde ingénue knew how to excite audience members. This is especially true when she touted her mamorable curves in an itsy bitsy teeny weeny string bikini for the R-rated teen sex comedy Puberty Blues (1981). Ironically, Jad helped to remove the blue from our balls when she bared her beautiful breasts in the emotional drama Freedom (1982). We definitely were glad when Jad’s rack was released into freedom from her brassiere. The fact that she also liberated her naked buns was like adding icing to her sweet cakes. Since then, the promising performer played a nurse on a couple episodes of the Australian soap opera A Country Practice in (1982). Unfortunately, Jad was unable to receive the medical treatment she needed behind the scenes. Diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia and battling addiction, Ms. Capelja opted to end her life in 2010. Her pretty presence was briefly relived in the video documentary Rewinding Puberty Blues (2013). Yet ever seeing the starlet flash her flesh again is a glory we will never know. RIP Jad. We miss you.
