Born in Denmark in 1981 Julie Ølgaard has been acting since 2003, and has amassed over twenty credits in that time, with no signs of stopping in the near future! Julie's most famous role came on the original Danish version of The Killing which was later turned into an American series on AMC. She is also an accomplished writer in addition to being an actress having penned episodes of the Danish series Boogie and Planet Voice. Her highest profile role to date came on the crossover Norwegian hit film Headhunters (2011) with Game of Thrones star Nicolaj Coster-Waldau.
