Brunette and baby-faced Leslie Ackerman exuded the ideal blend of exploited innocence and precocious insouciance to play an up-and-coming porno starlet in the George C. Scott-starring morality tale Hardcore (1979). As well as having a bratty sensuality and a soft center of vulnerability within her streetwise shell, Ackerman also possessed a plush and pleasing pair of lung fruit to dutifully flash during her interview with George C.’s character. Sadly, after Hardcore, Leslie’s next step up career-wise was as "Barbara Skagska" in the unfairly titled TV drama Skag.
