Promise (2008)

Directed by David Michael Quiroz Jr., Promise (2008) follows a young college couple on their way out of town for a romantic weekend getaway.  While driving down a dark highway, they run over a spike strip that has also incapacitated a state highway patrolman's car.  When the patrolman approaches the couples car, he's neutralized by a gunshot to the head.  A militia style gang falls onto the couple, separating the two, with the boyfriend running into the forest and the girl kidnapped by the group.  The boyfriend eventually tracks the group to a house where he finds a torturous cult who want to sacrifice the young girl.  B-Horror scream queen Tiffany Shepis plays "Bethany", a captive of the cult.  In a post-coital scene, the leader of the cult zips his pants up as a terrified Shepis cries and covers her naked body with a blanket.  One of the cult members comes in and accepts Bethany as his new culty culty wife, lowering the blanket to show Shepis' wonderful, full breasts.
