This lucky typist is plunged into a sensual, exotic, and free-loving alternate reality that couldn’t be sweeter if he’d penned it himself. Talk about big-production wish fulfillment! But even the best-laid fantasy life runs astray. For starters, the scribe has inked himself into a shady Mexican demimonde of mercenary eroticism and black-market body organs. When the writer comes to consciousness after a particularly foul bender and discovers one of his kidneys has been harvested, he knows his script is in need of drastic revision.
