Set in a small Romanian village in 2008, the fourth feature from filmmaker Ivana Mladenovic follows Stela (Katia Pascariu), a woman approaching forty who lives in a tiny apartment with her extended family, and whose only real joy in life comes from her lifelong obsession with a much older Serbian folk singer named Boban (Ivana’s real-life father Miodrag Mladenovic). Her sexual fantasies take a step closer to reality when her fan letters catch the attention of Boban’s latest mistress, media personality Vera (Cendana Trifan). The two become friends and Vera encourages Stela to write a memoir, which, if based on just the events of this movie, would be about a string of sexual encounters like the bearded beau trying desperately to get her clothes off. Don’t worry, he’s eventually successful. In fact, Katia spends at least five scenes fully undressed, including one where she masturbates on top of a big poster of her celeb crush. Supposedly, the title refers to an acapella group made up of nuns, and nun is exactly the amount of clothes Katia wears here!
